Knee-Jerk Reactions presents Rebecca De Unamuno is... Open to Suggestion Tuesday and Friday, 8pm
One woman. Three characters. A series of monologues created on the spot, based on audience suggestions. Difficult? You bet! Crazy? Uh-huh! So crazy it just might work.
Open To Suggestion was a 2005 Moosehead Award recipient and debuted at the 2005 Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
The show has also played at The World's Funniest Island (Syd) and Off the Cuff Improv Festival (Qld).
“De Unamuno's exquisite talent for creating characters on the spot, as well as a narrative to sustain them, is something to see.” - The Age, Melbourne |

Four of the Court Jesters' veteran improviser-directors will battle it out to create the most amusing, intriguing, endearing and unexpected theatre imaginable.
Will they win critical acclaim?
Or will they bomb at the box office?
It's your votes that will decide who sits in the director's chair, and who's left on the cutting room floor.
“Everything they say is f**king funny” – Canta Magazine. |

We're super excited to offer you (for the first time) two shows for all the family.
The Fairytale Cookbook - Saturday 11am
Open The Fairytale Cookbook, choose your ingredients, and let us whip you up an improvised fairytale you've never seen before.
Start off with a Hero, add a splash of Pirate King, or spice it up with a Witch...the choice is yours!
The Fairytale Cookbook is an all new improvised format created especially with families in mind. The audience helps cast the actors, choose the characters for the tales, and guide the hero safely (or dangerously!) through the adventure they have created.
The Fairytale Cookbook is a unique chance to have REAL input into a show rather than passive predetermined pantomime choices of the past. With three separate fairytales each show there will be something for everyone, young and old.
...Cooked up by Jason Geary (Melbourne)
The Improvisors present....A Knight To Remember, Saturday 1pm
A Knight to Remember is about a brave and noble Knight who loses his memory! With improvised action, music and the help of the audience’s imagination can this Knight get his memory back in time. A Knight to Remember is a totally interactive show for kids that uses the audience’s ideas and suggestions to steer the course of the story, maybe even joining the action on stage! We welcome and encourage the audience to come dressed up for the occasion – Knights, Queens, Jesters and Magicians are all welcome to add to the interactive experience (and fun).
Cast: Pete Doile, Richard Falkner and Ian Harcourt
